The East window at Holy Trinity, York, depicts Corpus Christi in its central lights, alongside four
Saints. St George (c.280-303) is shown with a red dragon, St John the Baptist (d. 28–36)
holds a small lamb,St John the Evangelist (c. 6-100) has a winged creature in his cup and St
Christopher (d. 251) looks up to a small figure on his shoulder. The window was donated by Reverend
John Walker (d.1481) a rector of Holy Trinity from 1471. The window contains many small and interesting
details that can be explored for the first time.
