This memorandum, dated May 17, 1968, from A.C. Wright to Dean Mereb Mossman at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) discusses "rumblings among our Negro students" about instituting a Black Studies curriculum. The author suggests that this would be a bad idea, and requests that his comments be sent to the chancellor. The memo mentions an attachment, but it is apparently missing.
