Menu for a "Civic Banquet / in honour of / Overseas Representatives of the British Empire and Commonwealth Games / Federation...", on the 30 November, 1962. Outer cover consists of blue ink on shiny white card with a pink pattern, with a large emblem of two black swans and a shield dominating the cover. Inside is a single-sided sheet, on which are printed the Toast List, and Menu. A short blue ribbon has been tied through the front cover.
