historical photography - Jiří Huml (1875-1948), bassist, was playing for the National for 30 years. Apart from Czech and Slovak theaters - he also sang in Dresden. In 1922 he was obtained for the production of The Bartered Bride in New York - and as a Kecal (role in Bartened Bride) he performed also in the Royal Opera House in Copenhagen (1938).
