For the first time ever late 2014 an abando was saved instead of being destroyed and turned into apartments. Geelong North's 'Power B' has now become "Power House Geelong" and has been turned into an arts precinct!!! It has already been painted by many local and interstate artists, this image containing some Putos, Itch, Mayo and Dukey Grimo. It is looking up at the roof beside the stairs. In new school terms the building is about 12 storeys high. Presently the largest mural in Australia will be painted on the sea facing wall of "Power House Geelong" Thanks Ian Ballis!
