Mian Ram Singh of Jammu in Love

Mian Ram Singh, the youngest son of Raja Balwant Singh of Jammu, sits dressed in a white Jama. He smokes his Hukka and awaits the outcome of the efforts of the Sakhi who earnestly coaxes the obdurate Nayaka curled on the left of the picture.This painting is part of the miniature painting collection of Lahore Museum dated 1760 C.E.
