Composition representing mining It depicts with four men working within a river and a man watching the It depicts. On the left, standing figure of a man on the river bank, represented in shades earthy, almost on his back, as if supervised the service of the miners. To his on the right, stylized thicket and large circular object, suggesting panning. In the water, suggested by watery four miners. What is ahead is the on the right of the composition, standing in profile to the left, wearing a hat, is with the body bent down to the panning between the hands. Further back, also on the right prospector with the same characteristics of the previous. On the left, two more: the front, the on the leftmost and the other, more to the center, both standing, front, with legs in the water, and the second has a panning ahead. In the background, hint of the river in darker tones, with boats and mounds of boulders indicated.
