STS-102 Mission Specialist Andrew Thomas answers a question from the media during an interview session at the slidewire basket landing near Launch Pad 39B. He and other crew members are at KSC for Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities, which also include a simulated launch countdown. STS-102 is the eighth construction flight to the International Space Station, with Space Shuttle Discovery carrying the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Leonardo.
