Shiny in a pale green glaze, this porcelain by Li Yuening, a male arts and crafts master of Zhejiang province born in 1960 in Xiaoshan, is mainly decorated with fish-shaped craze cracks, while its protruding rim embellished with willow patterns. With its decorous shape and auspicious meaning, this piece won the Gold Award at the 2006 “Hundred Flowers Cup” Chinese Arts and Crafts Masterpiece Exposition.
