Moka3ab

Moka3ab is a modular table / shelf inspired by traditional weaving techniques and materials that were historically used in the UAE for decorative purposes. Each cube is made of a wooden structure connected by metal angular components that are welded together to create a uniform shape that can be stacked or laid our to fir the intended space. The surface of the cube is woven from camel leather and khoos (palm leaves), two materials that are indigenous to the UAE.
