Mona Chalabi Recreates W. E. B. Du Bois's Infographics with Modern Data

In 1900, W.E.B. Du Bois made dozens of these illustrations to challenge beliefs that black Americans were inferior to white Americans. (Nine years later, Du Bois became one of the founders of the NAACP.) 117 years after he first made them, Mona found new data to recreate the beautiful illustrations.
