Monument élevé à la mémoire de Sébastien Bach, par Félix Mendelssohn, dans la ville de Leipsick

The so-called Old Bach Monument, created by the Leipzig sculptor Hermann Knaur, was donated by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy. It was consecrated in 1843 and stands southwest of St Thomas's Church.
