Telus, a global telecom company based in Canada, aspired to be the world’s best place to work. This project responded to that quest with the idea that a great place to work should be a great way of working and thus conceived Mosaic, an infrastructure for project-based work. Mosaic reframes the work an employee does from a core role to a series of projects, and provides a tool for personalizing and crafting one’s own professional development. Mosaic placed third in the Rotman Design Challenge, 2017. Student team: Sarah Braunstein, Marcelo Kingston, Shangyanyan Li, Kira Novak, and John Pew.
