Mughat drink

Mughat drink is made from mughat, sesame flour, sugar and water. It is topped with peanuts, raisins, cocoument and sesame.

Mughat is a drink made with zebda baladi, sugar and a mix of spices that include Mughat flower petals, fenugreek, tumeric. It is served with mixed nuts, sesame and coconut flakes. It is traditionally served as an energy drink for new mothers.
