In 1927, A.C.M.A. in Bologna revolutionized the production of Idrolitina, a powdered drink mix, with their first automatic wrapping machine. The 713 model, capable of wrapping 2,700 packets per hour, significantly reduced costs and ensured precise control over production and hygiene. Designer Bruto Carpigiani (1903-1945) played a key role in the company's growth, introducing increasingly flexible, compact machines that met the demands of their customers.
