Milano, Italy

The trophy, made by Lucio Fontana, is represented by a steel circle pierced all around in the circumference, inside of which is inserted, shifted from the symmetrical center, an opaque bronze circle, which is perceived to have less absorption of luminescence than the holes and the larger circumference. On the front it has the engraved signature of the artist. The circle takes up the idea of the automobile wheel, the circuit. The trophy was made and presented to the racers in 1964, among whom can be mentioned: Carlo Facetti, Gino Munaron, Luigi Tabaton, Ernesto Prinoth, Giancarlo Baghetti, Andrea De Adamich, Hans Bauer, Enrico Pinto.
