Musical opus

Gallus spent most of his creative years in Olomuc and Prague. This is where he created most of his masses, 100 madrigals with Latin texts and his most important collection, Opus musicum (374 motets), in four books consisting of eight sound volumes each. Our library keeps one of two complete copies.
