This quilt was begun as small blocks to take along trips. Faye was inspired by a wool felt quilt made by Hannah Riddle of Woolwich, Maine in 1870. Faye's initials are embroidered in the lower right block and her mother's initials - FKA for Florence Kelley Anderson - are embroidered in the lower left block.
