"Bonjour Tristesse" was acquired by an Austrian real estate fund and its apartments and shops are now getting new occupants by means of "expelling" many families and existing activities. Kreuzberg, a formerly peripheral neighbourhood, became the trendy and cosmopolitan centre of the reunified new capital of Germany.
