Nadofu

Nadofu (tofu with vegetables inside) is a specialty product of the village of Shiiba, located in the mountains of Miyazaki. It is a local food made at home for celebrations, and is formed by adding chopped seasonal vegetables into tofu. Not only does it taste good, but it is also a very beautiful type of tofu visually.
