Green tentacles fill the entire painting along with a narrow white path, similar to a “part” in someone’s hair. The green color reminds us of plants, on the other hand, the tentacle-like shapes and the part remind us of some type of animal. The combination of these characteristics brings out the neutrality between plants and animals. Also, this “part” always shows the 2D white canvas that is behind the tentacles. This shows the contrast of a 3D object fastened to a 2D plane.
