Nearby lights from the Launch Control Center and Vehicle Assembly Building, or VAB, at NASA's Kennedy Space Center illuminate the way for the external tank being transported to the VAB. The tank is for space shuttle Atlantis' STS-125 mission to NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. The tank arrived at the turn basin earlier in the day aboard the Pegasus barge. Inside the building, the tank will be raised to vertical, lifted and moved into a checkout cell. Stacking of the tank and solid rocket boosters is scheduled for Aug. 7. Atlantis is targeted to launch Oct. 8. Photo credit: NASA/Amanda Diller
