Necklace with nefer pendants and wedjat eye

“Tiny gold amulets in the form of the nefer sign decorate this necklace. In ancient Egyptian the word nefer means “beautiful.” Small nefer amulets like this were not worn alone, but were usually strung in concentric rows in elaborate broad collars.
