Necklace made of ostrich egg shells thread stripped from topit plant. The broken egg shell of an ostrich are collected and chipped using a stone by women. An awl is also used to make holes at the centre before threading is done. It is worn by old women during ceremonial occasions. This particular necklace was made and worn by Teriki Chepserkon for ceremonies. These type of necklace was very rare in Tugen area and were unwilling to sell.
