Oglalla Sioux/Men's. Native tanned leather, backed w/ yellow silk. Front fully beaded using lazy stitch: white ground, at top- red circle w/5 pronged "star" w/blue at center; center - two small blue geometrics; bottom American flag on yellow pole, at around edge is a series of small connected, stepped boxes, outer edge trimmed w/ intermittent red & row of blue beads. Has leather thong sewn to top back to fasten around neck.
