This photograph taken in the front courtyard of Susanne Wenger’s house on Ibokun Road shows some original members of the New Sacred Art Movement who created the artworks in the Osun Grove, artisans who assisted in the work, as well as the latter-day Restoration Artists. After the passing or retirement of original members of the Movement including Buraimoh Gbadamosi, Ojewale Amoo, and Saka Aremu, fresh artists called New Sacred Art Restoration Team, were trained to continue the maintenance of the magnificent artworks in the groves. These include: Adebisi Nurudeen (senior restoration artist); Artisan Apprentices: Oguntoyin Lekan; Adeyemi Ajayi; Wasiu Afada; Lamidi Fatai (carpenter/artisan apprentice); Sodik Adebisi (artisan apprentice); Abimbola Kenny (shrine art painter); Afada Musibau (bricklayer/artisan apprentice); Raimi Taofik (bricklayer/artisan apprentice); and Ladunni Keshiro (artisan apprentice).
