Newby Hall is home to the National Collection of Cornus (dogwood)

Lucinda Compton shows the National Collection of flowering Cornus (dogwoods), grown for their coloured bracts in late spring and early summer and their autumn foliage, in her gardens at Newby Hall. There are around 90 different varieties of Cornus in the collection.
