STENOGRAFFIA has its own traditions. For a few years SPEKTR team has been chipping away at an incredibly huge wall near the Center for the Arts for Gifted Children of the North in Khanty-Mansiysk. Each year they paint a new character from the legends of this region. This year they depicted a moose bathed in moonlight. The Khanty and Mansi peoples attributed this animal to having a celestial origin and understanding of human speech. Photo by Grigory Postnikov.
