Noble Tara Goddess who arises from the Hūṃ of Awareness (Tib: rje btsun ma rigs pa hūṃ las sgrol ma; Skt: Vidyāhūṃkāradīpita), has taken a vow to enchant and conquer human beings. She’s depicted with a slightly wrathful countenance, holding a vase that enchants and conquers sentient beings in her right hand and a chrysanthemum flower in her left.
