Noble Tara Goddess who conquers Māras and enemies (Tib: ’phags ma sgrol ma bdud dang dgra ’joms ma; Skt: Mārasūdana vaśittamadatārā), has taken a vow to eliminate Maras and foes that cause danger and harms to sentient beings. She’s depicted with a semi-wrathful countenance, holding a vase that pours blade rain and eradicates Maras in her right hand.
