Noble Tara Goddess, whose mudrā displays the Three Jewels (Tib: ’phags ma sgrol ma dkon mchog gsum mtshon phyag rgya ma; Skt: Ārya Tārā Triratnamudrāṅkā), has taken a vow to liberate sentient beings from suffering by showing the Triple Gem of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha that save all the sentient beings from dangers and harms in this life and afterlife. She’s depicted with a peaceful and youthful countenance, holding a vase that saves from any danger in her right hand.
