Northern door, the Orange Garden

Opening out onto this interior garden, the northern door features some of the most beautifully-embellished sculptures of the whole building. The elliptical archway of the doorway is decorated with acanthus leaves, men, animals and centaurs, amongst other things, with a coat of arms, a flower and a cross located above the doorway.
