Norway v Scotland pennant, 1954

The ‘Firhill Flyer’, Partick Thistle’s Johnny MacKenzie, scored his only goal in nine appearances for Scotland in this 1-1 draw with Norway in Oslo. MacKenzie, who died in 2017 aged 91, is recognised as one of the best-known Gaelic speakers to play for the national team.
