Inaugurated in June 1958, the Nossa Senhora de Fátima Church was the first church located in the residential sector. It was built at the request of Mrs. Sarah Kubitschek to give thanks for a grace received in favor of her daughter's health. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, it is shaped like a nun's hat and has only 60 seats, which gave it the nickname Igrejinha (Small Church). The Athos Bulcão tiles - stylized pictures of a Divine Dove and Star of Bethlehem - line the outer walls.
