The amateur photographer Joseph Eschenlohr (1886-1978) spent time in Nuremberg, among other places, between the 1930s and 1950s. On his travels, he captured the city in color slides. The photograph shows a flower market on the main market square in front of the beautiful fountain. Eschenlohr has photographed the same location with another film and is testing the colorfulness of the Perutz color film here. Inscription slide frame: "Nbg.11.58. Perutz."
