BEING ABLE TO PROCESS A FULL RANGE OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FROM HIGH OCTANE AVIATION GASOLINE TO FUEL OIL. AT ITS JETTIES, TANKERS OF UP TO 4OM DWT. CAN DISCHARGE THEIR CARGOES OF CRUDE OIL, AND LOAD REFINED PRODUCTS FOR EXPORT THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. PRODUCTS ALSO LEAVE THE REFINERY BY ROAD AND RAIL
