Ochre painting on masonite board, probably by Nym Bandak, Murrinh-patha people of Port Keats Northern Territory. Collected by anthropologist WEH Stanner.
Ochres on masonite, metal hangers. Depicts a human figure with elbows bent and hands upraised. To each side is a red oval; on the left a string winds from top of the oval to the figure's head. The figure has red ovals on body and arms. Yellow background. Large dark letters are visible across the painting; they are illegible.
