Officers Meals - Officer Place Setting

Officers dined in a separate mess and had their own cook. The officer's mess had fine cutlery and china. Much of the china was made by J. Wedgewood. The silver was manufactured by Rogers and Brothers and the Hartford Manufacturing Company. Officers also had bottles of whiskey, rum, champagne, wine and soft drinks.
