Opened on April 8, 2018 as Direct sake place. A sake brewer with a cafe. Built with the latest brewing equipment and air conditioning, shinkura which enables thorough quality control, works with care everyday to carefully deliver high-quality sake to customers in a stable manner. In addition, in the countryside next to shinkura, we grow Yamada Nishiki (a kind of rice) which is actually used for brewing.
