A small sized basket made from mulberry branches is called a tokri. This is one of many tokri recorded in the temple of Deeghot village. During religious celebrations, tokri are used to serve dry food preparations like roti and sweets to the devotees. A cloth or paper is laid on the inner surface of the tokri before storing the food.
