  • About Creator: Flor is an artist from Cachoeira who was discovered by Evanildo Teiga Silva, who maintained an exhibition and marketing space to support artisans and artists from the city. Among these artists was Flor, a boy who lived with his mother. One day, Evanildo saw his drawings and proposed that he make them in clay, since his mother worked with this material. That's how these raw clay and painted orishas came to be, which, because of their finishings, were not valued in the town, according to Evanildo's niece, Paloma.
