This painting was created by combining Mongolian and European art techniques. In the center, an elderly man in traditional Mongolian clothes sits on a mat decorated with different patterns and plays a dark-colored horse-headed fiddle. The painting is a masterpiece representing the historical period of socialist fine arts. The artist was awarded The State Prize in 1959.
