During the 1980s and 1990s, on his wanderings in the landscape, Lubo Kristek found industrial waste more often. This experience is reflected in his artworks. The world represented in the assemblage On the Landfill of Ages is overstuffed with rubbish. The landfill even forms its bases from which everything grows.
