Oneness

Nederlands Dans Theater

Nederlands Dans Theater
The Hague, Netherlands

Choreographer: Lukáš Timulak

Rather than adding foreign elements to dance, 'Oneness' focuses inwards, and explores the essential elements of dance: interconnectedness of dancers, their expressions, and surroundings. Lukáš Timulak and Peter Bilak focus on the idea that there is no true separation between things. All components of dance remain distinct, while being inseparable from each other. Bodies of the dancers are linked with their environment, creating a larger body.

Programme, October 2007
