"I set personal goals for myself that keep stretching beyond what I've done in the past. I always keep open to new insights as I work and ask myself, 'what if?'

I don't very often have my quilts planned from start to finish. Many times I end up interjecting elements found around me in nature. I love to put little animals, birds, or insects on my quilts. Ultimately, I quilt to please myself. I love owning beautiful, well-made things."
