Organising committee for the inaugural conference of the European Physical Society

The Inaugural Conference of the European Physical Society took place in Florence, Italy, 8-12 April 1969. The title of the Conference was “The Growth Points of Physics". Many eminent European scientists spoke at the Conference reviewing current topics in physics. Attendance at the Conference wis open to all physicists whether they were members of the EPS or not.
