Oskar Berger (1844–1885), physician, first associate professor of neuropathology at the University of Breslau (1873), electrotherapist, professor of medicine (1878). Founder of the first medical practice in Breslau specializing in nervous diseases (1869). Chief physician of the town house for the poor (1877).
