Ossett Palladium Cinema

The cinema closest to Gawthorpe was the Ossett Palladium, which was built in 1913 and is pictured here in the 1920s. Sadly, it closed on 29th April 1961; the last film to be shown was 'The Miracle' starring Carroll Baker and Roger Moore.
