Ostrich Feather Baallii

A Karrayyu Oromo man wears the Baallii (ostrich feather) in his Gunfura, the style of hair the Karrayyu Oromo wear in an ode to the Odaa tree itself. The Baallii signifies that power lies with him. Notice the Eeboo (spear) he is holding as well as the Red, Green, and Red pattern of the seams of his Bullukkoo.
