Otters freely moving along rivers flowing between South Korea and North Korea are a symbol of peaceful communication between the two countries. Nonetheless, the population of otters has been rapidly reduced due to the destruction of habitats. The paws and the heels of an otter have wide webs, and it shows excellent swimming capabilities that it is called a swimming leopard.
